This new pizza place has just opened up in Edinburgh’s West End, but it’s got its vegan game nailed right off the bat with vegan cheese available from its very first day of opening – great news for vegan pizza lovers!
Their pizza cooks in only 90 seconds, so head right up to the counter when you arrive and they will make your pizza right in front of you then and there.

I opted for the 100% ancient grain base, which has less gluten and is supposed to make you less bloated. It certainly worked for me, the pizza was a good size and very satisfying, but I didn’t have the ‘food-baby’ effect that normally follows a pizza 😉
The vegan cheese they used was really nice as well. It was grated and scattered on the pizza quite evenly, so it didn’t result in dollops of slime when heated, as can often be the case with vegan pizza. And, of course, as soon as I realised they offered Sriracha as a topping I was in heaven!
@Pizza is a great place to go if you want good pizza fast. I would love to see more vegan protein options added to the menu as they get more established (*cough* Sgaia bacon *cough*) but it’s really encouraging that they have such a great vegan offering already. Well worth a visit.
